He is survived by: his wife Susan Belle Copen Horr; his sons, Charles David Horr (Shelley) of Wheelersburg, Scott Cooper Horr (Melissa) of Portsmouth, Steven Boyd Kelly (Maria) of Totowa, NJ and Timothy Michael Kelly (Andrea) of Columbus; and his grandchildren, Hannah (Braden Horr), Amanda Mauk, Jenna Horr, Matthew Cordero, Melanie (Mari-Clara Garnier) and Gavin (Micah Kelly).
