We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2020, at the age of 72, Fred Baldwin Lynch of Waverly, Ohio, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fred Baldwin Lynch to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vear Hayward Lynch and Flora Sue Lynch (Cooper); his son Shawn Michael Lynch; and his sister Peggy Sue Sawin. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughter Heather Waroblak (Mike); his grandchildren, Ella of Cary, NC and Trey of Cary, NC; and his siblings, Judy Adams of Ravenswood, WV and Chuck Lynch of Vienna, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
