She was predeceased by : her father Mark; and her brother Mark King, Jr. (Verla). She is survived by : her parent Garnette King (Cook); her close friend Gino Carubia; her children, Annmarie Foster and Carl Allen II; and her sisters, Sherry McCollam (Kevin) and Darla Eubanks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
