She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ithemore "Ike" and Emma Wilcox (Evans); her former husband Raymond Buffenbarger; her husband Carl Walper; her children, Emma Sue Spencer, Karen Alloway of Huntsville, OH and Charles Buffenbarger (Pat); and her grandchildren, Kim Holloway (Chuck), Tracy Alcorn (Dean), Todd Spencer (Shani), Jennifer Davis (Jamie), Heidi Barrett (Mark), Heather Widmark (Jack), Heath Alloway (Megan), Kraig Buffenbarger (Tracey), Tim Buffenbarger (Kim) and Rachel Ludwig (Craig). She was also cherished by 26 great grandchildren & 2 great great grandchildren.
