She was predeceased by: her parents, G. Ward Chiles and Marjorie Taylor Chiles; and her brother Joe L. Chiles. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Kathleen Chiles of Waynesfield; and her sibling's children, David Chiles (Darlene), Mark Chiles (Jeanette), John Chiles and Joleen Dillon (David). She is also survived by 10 great nieces and nephews and six great-great nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be given in her name to Waynesfield United Methodist Church.
