It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Rider Horn of Waynesfield, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on May 1, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe A. Horn and Jeanne Horn (DeSilvey); and his sister Zina. He is survived by: his wife Jean; his sons, Jay Horn (Jodi) and Jon Horn (Kitt); his great grandchildren, Peter, Arthur and Nolan; and his sister Jennifer Browning (Christopher).
