He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Brown and Gracie Brown (Smith); his wife Emily Marshall; and his siblings, Ellie Bayes, Forest Brown, Okie Brown, Naomie Brown, Joy Lee, Edward Brown, Jr. and Sarah Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Sam Brown (Kim) of Delphos, Rick Brown Kenton (Laure), Todd Brown (Missie) of Wapakoneta and Melissa Hensley (Gary) of Waynesfield; his daughter-in-law Rhonda Kay of Ottoville; and his siblings, Betty Rose Dean, Mack Brown (Rosalie) of Waynesfield and Martha Prater (Andy) of Waynesfield. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
