As we bid adieu to Billie's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Billie has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew "Andy" Jackson Deaton, Jr.; her parents, Ruben Henry Vittetoe and Mamie Estelle Vittetoe; and her siblings, Carson, Tommy Vittetoe, Blanche Thomas and Gertrude Vittetoe.
She is survived by: her daughter Adrianne Bevan (Bruce); her grandson Andrew Bevan; her great grandchild Ronan Bevan; and her sisters, Margaret Cress and Sue Acuff-William.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (2514 OH-123, Lebanon, OH 45036).
