With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Madeline L. Mehaffie (Waynesville, Ohio), born in Jeffersonville, Indiana, who passed away on July 21, 2023 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arnie Wright and Bessie Wright; and her brother Marvin. She is survived by : her husband Melvin Mehaffie; and her children, Bill, Charleen, Marilyn, Michael and Craig. She is also survived by her children, she had 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Born February 28, 1919 in Jeffersonville, Indiana during the flu pandemic, her parents Arnie and Bessie Wright, moved to Dayton, Ohio when she was 9 months old.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Waynesville Methodist Church in Waynesville, Ohio.
