He is survived by: his sons, Edward A. Stevens of Wellston and Donald E. Stevens (Kristy) of Wellston; his grandsons, John Stevens of Wellston, Bobby Stevens (Libby) of Wellston, Shawn Stevens (Lydia) of Wellston, Todd Stevens (Andrea) of Wellston, Adam Stevens (Sara) of Wellston and Morgan Stevens (Jessica) of Wellston; and his spouse Ida K. Stevens. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
