She was predeceased by : her parents, Blane Culp and June Culp (McCauley); her husband Joseph Chan; her son Bobby Boyle; and her sister Beverly Emler (Dutch).

She is survived by : her daughters, Lisa Duck (Bill) of Calcutta, OH and Diane Boyle of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Ashley Jackson, Marcus Mick and Will Duck (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Cayden, Grayson, Benjamin and Norah; and her sisters, Peg Cavalluzzi (Bob), Gerry Miller (Dick) and Jean Tice (Dale).
