She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Maxson and Mary Maxson; her husband Dr. Mark W. Ulrich; her brothers, John Maxson (Anna) and Bob Maxson (Carol); her brother-in-law Lee White (Rochelle); and her daughter-in-law Melissa Ulrich.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. John Ulrich (Danielle) of West Alexandria, OH, Kathleen Carpenter (Matthew) of Roswell, GA, Karen Maalouf (Walid) of Boston, MA, Dr. Kristy Ulrich Papczun (Patrick) of Chicago, IL and Dr. Brad Ulrich (Lynn Bowles) of Portland, OR; her brother Dale Maxson (Sandy); and her in-laws, Rochelle White (Lee), Amy Leedy (Jim) and Dow Ulrich (Margie). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.
