With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlotte Wallen of West Carrollton, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on October 16, 2021 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Charlotte Wallen to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester Goodwin and Ivory Goodwin (Adams); and her son Danny Collinsworth. She is survived by : her husband Ralph Wallen; her children, Cheryl Rice (Brad), Randall Collinsworth (Christine) and David Collinsworth (Barbara); her sister Geri Allen (Don); her grandchildren, Terri Lawson, Tami Schrader, Bradley Rice, Lori Singer, Jenny Cowden, Becky Rushing and Andy Collinsworth; and her close friend Lorenna Bisor. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, 1 great great granddaughter, 2 nieces & 2 nephews.
