He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Rae (Carey) and Arthur C. Kincaid; and his sister Patsy Kincaid. He is survived by: his significant other Karla Kincaid; his children, Bryan Kincaid and Sarah; his son-in-law Alejandro Castro; his granddaughters, Viviana, Mia Bella and Leyla Jolyn; and his sisters, Barbara Roberts (Ron-Cotton) and Becky O'Hara.
