Jacob Perry (Mackenzie), Elizabeth Ann Perry, Jonathon, David Hardy, Samuel and Joseph Lively; and her siblings, Rev. Beulah Pack, Lucille Conrad, Rev. James Parrott, Bill Parrott, Ruth Ella Parrott and Roscoe Parrott.
