It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Eugene Crabtree of West Jefferson, Ohio, who passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandparents, Arthur Jordan and Cora Emma Crabtree (Brown); his wife Betty Jean Thacker of Scioto County; his children, Ernest Keith Crabtree and Melisa Gail Tzouanakis (John Tzouanakis); his grandchild Bailey Louise Szubinsky (Brian Szubinsky); his great grandchildren, Brody John Szubinski, Keegan Pauline Crabtree and Grayson Michael Keeling; his half-sister Mary Pitts (Kline); his brother-in-law Scott Parsons; his siblings, Everett Crabtree, Joan Parsons (Crabtree), Dorothy and Roger Cooper (Nee Crabtree); and his half-brother John Cline. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
