Butler; his siblings, Mitchell Butler (Diana) and Sharon Piper; his grandchildren, Jessica Meyerhofer, Chelsea Butler, Leah McCarter, Erica Morgan (Isaac), Christian Krusemark, Adam Krusemark, Philip Krusemark (Beth) and Brian Krusemark (Ashley); and his great grandchildren, Jamea, Blake, Maddie, Spencer, Chase, Kellen, Conner, Emily, Keegan and Khloe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
