She is survived by: her daughter Diane (Blain); her grandchildren, Rob Madison, Butch Madison, Courtney Ball, Jordan, Michelle Berry, Frank Crawford, Heather Dibacco-Crawford, James and Jason Frazier; her great grandchildren, Adam, Bailey, Keaton, Jayden, Peyton, Wyatt, Carter, Dillon Hooker, Kaeleigh Hooker, Colton Hooker, Angelina, Nicholas Ward, Kiley Colemen, Anthony Crawford and William Crawford; and her great-nieces, Carol Shaw (Wayne) and Maggie Kennedy (Gerald).
