He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Smalley and Mildred Smalley; and his stepson Gary Miller (Nuuanu). He is survived by: his wife Edith; his daughters, Dani Graumlich (Rick), Marci White (Paul) and Cyndi Haydocy (Kevin); and his stepchildren, Jim Miller (Marsha), Sheila Fletcher (George) and Ron Miller (Debbie). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
