She is survived by: her husband James Butler; her daughters, Karen Renee Butler (Tom) and Teresa J. Butler; her brothers, Ben Thompson (Mary Alice) and Terry Thompson (Kim); her grandchildren, Jessica Meyerhofer (Josh), Chelsea Butler, Leah McCarter, Erica Morgan (Isaac), James C. Krusemark, Adam Butler Krusemark, Philip Krusemark (Beth) and Brian Krusemark (Ashley); and her great grandchildren, Jamea, Blake, Maddie, Spencer, Chase, Kellen, Conner, Emily, Keegan and Khloe.
