Arter of West Lafayette, Ohio, born in Clinton, Ohio, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Arter and Betty Arter (Mock); his wife Deloris Jean Arter (Smith); and his son John Arter. He is survived by : his daughters, Theresa Adam, Dawn Arter and Brenda Smith; his grandchildren, Amanda Hornback, Nathan Smith and Cheyenne Butcher; and his siblings, Doug Arter, Bill Arter, Candy Harball, Becky, Jackie Lehman and Judy Hickman.
