Maples (Wendy), Barbara Eads (Clayton) and Jill Heffner (Rick); his grandchildren, Sara Varner (Luke), Brad Maples, Jaclyn Perucki (Brett) and Jessica Hamill (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Justin, Jack, Jessa Varner and Natalie Perucki; and his siblings, Fleetwood Maples (Vivian) of Wapakoneta, Joe Maples (Della) of New Tazewell, Carl Maples (DeAnna) of New Tazewell, Mike Maples (Betsy) of New Tazewell, Cinda Russell of Guston and Williams of Tazewell.
