She is survived by: her father David "Junior" Smith (Diane); her children, Shelby McCullough and Dylan McCullough; her granddaughter Aniya; her sister Melissa Ann Williams; her grandmothers, Ann Chapman Swanson and Arlene Smith; her nephews, Landon and Linkon Williams; and her aunts and uncles, Carolyn Roberts (Bill), Dawn Chapman, Gary Smith (Jane) and Duane Smith (Jackie).
