She was predeceased by : her parents, Edwin Brinkerhoff and Gertrude Brinkerhoff (Gerhart); her husband Tom Ruegsegger; and her son Todd Ruegsegger. She is survived by : her children, Tammy Harper and Tim Ruegsegger (Joanna); her grandchildren, JT Harper (Alyssa), Randy Harper, Michelle Rothgery (Nic) and Nick Ruegsegger; and her sisters, Pat Maurer and Kathy Lanigan (John). She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
