She was predeceased by : her parents, Richard Sibert and Sarah Sibert (Mills); her husband Harold McNeilan; and her children, Brenda Shepard, Leonard Shepard, David Shepard, Earl Shepard, Mike McNeilan of Texas, Phil McNeilan, Jerry McNeilan and Albert Shepard.
She is survived by : her children, Sue Eldridge of Seaman, OH, Sheila Stratton (Bobby), Donna Smith (David), Rosann Miller of Florida, Shirley Osborne of Lucasville, OH, Sam Shepard (Jean) and Harold Sibert (Peggy). She is also survived by several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 Virus Pandemic a graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 11:30 A. M. at the Manchester Cemetery with Alice Baird officiating.
