He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Maite (Anthony) of Grove City, OH and Linda Mullinax (James, Jr.) of Uniontown, OH; his grandchildren, Kyle Maite (Kalen), Kayla Mullinax and Evan Mullinax; his great grandchild Cameron Maite; and his sisters, Kathleen Lung and Ruth Batchelor (Eric). He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
