She is survived by: her daughter Ginger Thomas (Bradley); her son-in-law Adam Thomas; her grandchildren, Brooke Elizabeth, Dalton Christopher, Kaylee Summer, Hannah Kimberly, Isabella Grace, Seth Michael Steven, Sophia Hope and Kaleb Samuel; her great grandchild Harper May Hix; her significant other Thomas Hyatt; and her pet Cheech.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Nationwide Children's Hospital or St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
