She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin Josiah and Rev. Clara Viola Gibbs (Ault); and her husband Robert Eugene Henthorn. She is survived by: her children, Stephen (Nika), Catherine (Greg Shaw) and Susan (Steve Ford); her grandchildren, Nikaya (Jason Smith), Todd Shaw (Holli), Jared Shaw (Sara) and Gavin Henthorn (Jamie); her great grandchildren, Austin, Arwen, Allie, Sawyer, Dorian and Tyler; her sibling's children, Barbara (Charlie Racer), Marsha (Tom Kemp) and Jeff Henthorn; and her close friend John Hinton (Barb).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Gene's name to the Urban Mission of Steubenville (301 North Fifth Street, Steubenville, OH 43952) or any local Hospice Fund of one's choosing.
