He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Eugene, Lida Bowers (Carmack), Aziz and Haza Girgis. He is survived by: his parents, Dr. Carey and Sally Girgis (Bowers); his siblings, Suzanne, Sarah, James, Nicole and David; and his siblings' children, Tara Grace and Mason. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Grace Polaris Children's Ministry.
