She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Anne; and her siblings-in-law, Dottie Halcik and Carl Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Bob; her children, Terrie Lewis, Sharon Gammon (John), Bob Lewis (Carita), Sue Miderski, Tim Lewis (Amy) and Tom Lewis; her grandchildren, Christine Braun, Josh Gammon (Jaime), Cassie Gammon, Andrew Miderski (Rachelle), Arianne Milligan (Joe), Alexandria Miderski, Sydney Lewis, Reyce Lewis and Luke Long; and her great grandchildren, Anthony, Olivia Braun, Scarlett Milligan, Juliet and Corvo Miderski. She is also survived by six children, nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
