He is survived by: his wife Carol King Johnson; his children, David (Michelle), Teri Long (Michael), Michael Johnson and Barbara Johnson (Eric); his grandchildren, Chelsie, Anna Marie, Mitchell, Kavon and Alec; and his sisters, Anne Love (William) and Rosemary Johnson.
