She is survived by : her husband Jeffery Scott Blazek; her children, Brian Jeffery Blazek (Samantha) and Shannon Marie Blazek; her grandchildren, Ethan, Emerson, Ashlynn and Baby Jacob; her sister Colleen Holland (Jim); her mother-in-law Betty; her brother-in-law Robert Blazek (Diane); her nieces and nephews, Tommy, Kristen, Randy, Eryn, Robbie, Jaimie, Kevin, Sean, Carly, Danielle and Michael; her family Jeff; and her pet Penny.
