She was predeceased by: her husband William J. Fayen, MD; her siblings, Rosemary Dempsey and Tom Dempsey (Alice); and her sister-in-law Mary C. Fayen. She is survived by: her children, Molly, Bill (late Brady), Kate, Maureen (late Paul D'Andrea), Peg (late Dennis Engel), Ed (Susan), John (Robin), Jim (Karen), Mary (Michael Maloof), Tom (Kathleen), Grace and Beth (Mike Parey).

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fayen-Dempsey Scholarship at Ursuline College, Hospice of the Western Reserve or a charity of your choice.
