She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Cook and Mamie Thornhill (Maynard); her husband Bernard G. Rowe; and her brother Eddie Dean Cook. She is survived by: her children, Wesley G. Rowe (Ann) of Cedarville, Danny Rowe (Rita) of Ironton, Rhonda (Jerry Tomilson) of Kentucky and Tonya (James) of Wheelersburg. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the D. W. Swick Funeral Home- South Webster (10900 Main St, South Webster, OH 45682). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the South Webster Cemetery.
