She is survived by : her husband David Lewis of Wheelersburg; her mother-in-law Betty Lewis of Portsmouth; and her daughters, Cheryl Giles (Chuck) and Michelle Teeters (Brad). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
