She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Sapp and Florence Sapp; her husband William "Bill" Leach; her siblings, Eugene, Dallas, Herb, Don, Ottis Sapp, Beulah Hauld and Louise Armstrong; and her son-in-law Roger Ashley.

She is survived by: her children, Brenda Ashley of Wheelersburg, Debbie Pruitt (Leland) of Wheelersburg, Bill "Butch" Leach (Karen) of Wheelersburg and Lisa Parker (Doug) of Bushnell, FL; and her brother Paul Sapp of Wheelersburg. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
