She was predeceased by: her parents, William Atwood and Berdie Mae Atwood (Lennington); her husband James Elwood Cowgill; and her sisters, Stella Henry (Kenny), Ernestine Klein (Bill) and Betty Snider (Bill).
She is survived by: her children, Steve Cowgill (Tonie) of Minford, John Cowgill (Julie) of Portsmouth and Cindy Webster (Scott) of Port Charlotte, FL; and her sisters, Norma Frazier (Dick) of Florida and Janet Burke (Marty) of Columbus. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
