He was predeceased by: his father Robert L. Guilkey II. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn "Susie" Hollis Guilkey of Portsmouth; his significant other Cassie; his daughter Ali Turner (Andrew); his granddaughters, Crosley Jo and Andersyn Turner; his siblings, Alexis Guilkey (Kevin), Sam Hall and Lindsey Cook (Miles); and his friend Leigh. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, a niece.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (7950 Ohio River Rd, Wheelersburg, OH 45694).
