He was predeceased by: his father Anthony W. Avery. He is survived by: his spouse Alayne M. Avery; his children, Anthony J. Avery (Chelsie) of Willoughby and Megan Evans (David) of Glendale, Ariz.; his mother Mary Avery; his siblings, Paul Avery (Rhoneila) of San Jacinto, Calif and Alan Avery (Denise) of Eastlake; and his siblings' children, Jordyn, Hannah, Rachel, Sarah and Emily Avery.
