He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesus Rivera and Cecilia Rivera (Reyas); and his siblings, Juaquin Rivera, Louisa Gutierrez and Maria Lopez.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Rivera (Sauceda); his daughters, Cristina M. Rivera of Willard and Cecilia M. Rivera of Salisbury, Maryland; his grandchildren, Daniela Camacho, Cesar Espinoza, Sylvia Espinoza and Felipe Espinoza; and his sister Eustolia Salcedo of Mexico. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
