She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Osborne and Goldie Osborne (Day); her husband Robert J. Wade; her son Steven Wade; and her siblings, Myrt Argo, Dorothy Brooks, Curt Osborne, Earl Osborne and Rex Osborne.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Wade (Paula), Debra Yarber (Rick), Carole Hulec (Edward), Scott Wade (Cathy) and Dee Dee Wade; and her grandchildren, Monica, Robert, Stephany, Missy, Steve, Amy, Ryan, Angie, Dustin, Jonathan, Chris, Danny and Randy. She is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Home Health and Hospice in Findlay, Ohio.
