She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thayer and Charlotte Thayer (Close); her children, Michael Yelensky, Yvonne Yelensky and Janice Flowers; her siblings, Fred Thayer and Lois Thayer; and her grandson Christopher Yelensky.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Yelensky; and her children, Carole Madera of Dayton, Ohio, Jim Yelensky (Sandy) of Sandusky and Roberta McVay of Plymouth, Ohio. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
