She is survived by: her children, Tim Vanichek (Michelle) of Willard and Michele Beverly (Jeff) of Willard; her grandchildren, Derek Beverly (Ashley), Jordan and Tyler Vanichek; her great grandchildren, Alexis Beverly, Dawson Beverly, Abel Beverly and Ashtin Zeigler; and her siblings, Ray Smith, Edd Smith (Connie), Wanda Yenni and Mabel Weiss (John). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
