He is survived by: his wife Raquel Stephens (Barnett); his children, Danny Stephens of Willard, Landyn Stephens of Willard, Heather Stephens (Danielle Stephens) and Anissia Huerta; his grandchildren, Hunter Stephens of Tiffin, Aniya and Javi Stephens of Willard; his siblings, Dwayne Stephens (Debbie) of Republic, David Stephens of Willard and Sharon Hicks of Willard; and his pet Bullitt. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
