He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivan Crouse and Madora Crouse (Braderick). He is survived by: his wife Irene Crouse (Wright); and his children, Rob Crouse (Rachel) of Willard and Kimberly Daiello (Nunzio) of Bellevue. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, 6 step-great grandchildren, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
