He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sands and Evelyn Sands (Holmes); and his brother Eugene Sands. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Sands (Lykins); his children, Deb Rogers (Dan) of Willard, Kim Bloir of Mansfield, Kelly Coble (Tim) of Willard and Mike Sands (Alicia) of Bowling Green; and his brother Charles Sands. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
