It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack E. Thompson II (Willard, Ohio), born in Shelby, Ohio, who passed away on December 8, 2019, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Diana L. Shepherd (Adkins). He is survived by: his father Jack E. Thompson; his children, Alyssa, Dylan and Ember Thompson; the mother of his children Mandy Thompson; his sisters, Angie Chaffins (Shannon) and Kendra Studer (Brad); his nieces, Taylor, Lauren Chaffins, Marcy and Miley Baker; and his stepfather George Shepherd (Linda).

Memorial contributions can be made to the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition.
