It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Stephens Sr. (Willard, Ohio), born in Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 10, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Stephens and Flora Stephens (Dunn); his son Orval Stephens; and his siblings, Louie Stephens, Lanson Stephens, Wilma Patrick, Irene Lykins, Janet Stephens and Versie Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Stephens (Laughlin); his children, Jack Stephens Jr. of Yuma, Patty McClellan (David) of Willard and Robin Shepherd (Brian) of Shiloh; and his brothers, Kenneth Stephens of Mansfield and Corbett Stephens of Salyersville, KY.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
