He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Rahhal and Matilda Rahhal (George); his wife Helen Rahall (Brado); and his siblings, Joseph Rahall, Phillip Rahall, Ronald Rahall, Patricia VanDeMark and Mary Morgan.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Coder (Thomas) of Attica, OH and Sharon Rahall of Sarasota, FL; his grandchildren, Nicole Tallman (Jason), Brittney Franley (Nate), Megan Eitle (Ben) and Adelyn Coder (Caleb Barnhart); his great grandchildren, Emelia, Anderson, Andrew, Nolan, Vivian, Coy and Christopher; his brother Robert Rahall (Sandy) of Florida; and his sister-in-law Carol Rahall of Mansfield. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
