She is survived by: her children, Richard Willoughby of Willard, Ohio, Susan Gray (Dale) of Jackson, Michigan, Janet Dials of Willard, Ohio, Keith Willoughby (Kimberly) of Columbus, Ohio and John Willoughby (Julie) of Sidney, Ohio; her siblings, Janet Simpson of Hinton, Arlene Dodd of Lancaster, Pennsylvania and Edwin Jacobs of Forest Hills, California; her brother-in-law Weldon Willoughby (Janet) of Dublin, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jeremy (Jen), Brian (Casey), Jeffery (Michelle), Tenley (Cody), Tim, Jessica (Jeremy), Nick (Kathryn), Julie (Jon), Miranda (Shawn), Seth (Madi), Jaclyn (Kevin), Bobby, Taylor and Dylan; her great grandchildren, Bailey, Michael, Brison, Brendan, Bladyn, Brody, Raegan, Jacinda, Nora, William, Carter, Owen, Dominick, Audrey, Willow, Natalie, Devin, Emma, Amber, Drew, Karter and Myles; her husband Russell Willoughby, Jr.; and her siblings, Carolyn Vanderpool, Arnold K. Jacobs, Jr. and Roger Jacobs. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
